Seeking estate caretaker, property management, business management or similar position.  Flexible to relocate nearly anywhere and assume various roles, from simply watching over property to complete estate management.  Prefer a long-term assignment.  Availability depends on location and client needs (I’m currently near Seattle).

-         4 years of estate management on properties in Maryland, Bel Air and outside Seattle.

-         20 + years of customer service and positive relationship building;

-         15 years of sales experience in retail and outside (B2B) sales (6 years in education);

-         Sales manager for all California representing 10 European businesses;

-         Regional manager for over 50 educational children’s camps involving hundreds of directors, teachers and counselors and thousands of students in multiple states from Utah to Florida;

ESTATE & ANIMAL CARETAKER (Oct 2017 – Present)

PRIVATE ESTATE of CELEBRITY – North Bend/Snoqualmie (Twin Peaks), Washington – Live-in position with owner providing security, maintenance, shopping, cleaning and improvements on 80 acre estate with 5500 sq ft house, extensive gardens, decorative pond, trails, equestrian business.  Assist as caretaker for 3 large dogs, including daily meal preparation, house cleaning, doctor’s visits, shopping, and companionship.

 

ESTATE & ELDERLY CARETAKER (Feb 2016 – Aug 2017)

PRIVATE ESTATE – Bel Air (Los Angeles), California – Security, maintenance, improvements on 3 acre estate with 60 citrus trees, outdoor pool, fish pond.  Assist as caregiver for 94 year old including daily meal preparation, house cleaning, doctor’s visits, shopping, and companionship.  Position ended when replaced by 24/7 CNA caretakers.
