. I have a few ideas of things to bring like some bottles from the newest brewery here in Portland called Upright Brewing. They do all (or mostly) Belgian inspired beers in a "open" (in a clean room) flat bottom fermenters

a dozen or so aged 750s of rare high-gravity stuff
I'll bring a couple of Belgian bombers but haven't shopped yet.
