PERSONAL PHILOSOPHY OF DRINKING

I like beer, lots of beer, might drink it everyday.

Mild beers, bold beers, I like them either way.

From lambic beers to twice hopped beers,

Each lovely in their own way,

I like beer, lots of beer, usually drink them everyday!!

I've been legally drinking quality beers, traveling for beers, collecting paraphernalia, and watching the industry since 1979. Hunting for new beers is an exciting adventure and inevitably results in new acquaintances. For me drinking beer is about enhancing the quality of life through flavors, feelings, and friends. I love beer alone and especially enjoy sharing with others. There's a flavor you get from fine beers, a lovely feeling felt, and the fun of friends...lots of friends!! I believe in handling, collecting, and tasting beers with the same respect as a wine or music lover. My appreciation of beer increases yearly. On November 1, 2005, I put my belongings in storage and have been traveling the U.S., Europe, and Asia searching for and enjoying the nectar. I try to keep everything in moderation, including moderation itself!
