Professional and personable couple seeking caretaker, property management, or other position. Flexible to relocate nearly anywhere and assume various roles, from simply watching over property to complete estate, animal, childcare, elderly assistance. Short or long-term assignments will be considered. Non-smoking, trustworthy, reliable and responsible; we'll provide peace of mind regarding your property. Flexible on dates depending on location (we’re currently near Seattle). Combined Skills Estate management and caretaking experience on
a 3 acre estate in Bel Air (Los Angeles), and an 80 acre estate outside
Seattle. Experience in soliciting contractual
bids and overseeing projects to satisfactory completion for the
Buffalo Lodge in Colorado, including well drilling, solar and propane generator
synchronization, interior reconstruction, wood stove selection, electrical
conversion from 12V to 220V; Oversee estate finances, bills and mail
management; Estate downsizing, inventory sales; Multi-state business management & sales; HOA president and property management at
Vallejo Apts, in Denver, CO; Caretaker for elderly, transition
to f/t care; Caretaking for dogs and cats (horses,
fish, etc); Pool and pond cleaning, pump care; Experience with child education,
management and entertainment in school and home settings; Landscape management and gardening in various terrains, trail construction; Pest Eradication (spiders, poisonous snakes,
moles, mites, rodents, ants, roaches); Creative greenhouse/shed design &
construction; Cleaning, laundry, organizational assistance; Vehicle & equipment maintenance; Basic carpentry, plumbing, construction,
repairs; Complete travel agent abilities; Tour leader / guide in the U.S. and Europe; Healthy and creative cooking; Party and conference planning; Photography & videographer experience.
