Position Desired

Seeking caretaker, property management or house sitting position.  Flexible to relocate nearly anywhere and assume various roles, from simply watching over property to complete estate management.  Short or long-term assignment will be considered.  Available ASAP depending on location (I'm currently in Denver).

Ability to learn quickly and master property owner’s vision, set priorities, and professionally manage property.

-          Experience in soliciting contractual bids and overseeing projects to satisfactory completion, including well drilling, solar and propane generator synchronization, interior reconstruction, wood stove selection, electrical conversion from 12V to 220V;

-          HOA president and property management at Vallejo Apts, in Denver, CO;

-          Oversee estate finances, bills, and mail management;

-          Experience with dogs and cats (limited with other animals);

-          Experience with child management and entertainment in school and home settings;

-          Landscape management and gardening experience in various terrains;

-          Vehicle and equipment maintenance;

-          Limited carpentry, plumbing, construction;

-          Tour leader experience in the U.S. and Europe (plush and rugged);

-          Complete travel agent abilities;

-          Creative cook;

-          Conference and party planning.

Arleen and Jon M. – I house sat Dec. 2008 – Jan. 2009 for their house, two Hungarian Sheep dogs and three horses.  Care included twice-daily administering medication to the oldest dog.  Jon is a lawyer and Arlene a student.  Their property is west of Boulder, CO.
